Introduction

Invoomed is a complete accounting and invoicing SaaS platform fully developed by me — both front end and back end. It helps businesses manage invoices, reports, clients, taxes, and payments in one place. The system includes AI assistance, automation, and modern analytics, built to simplify daily company operations across the Balkans.

Background

Invoomed was built to simplify and modernize how businesses across the Balkans manage accounting and invoicing. Designed and developed entirely by me, it combines automation, reporting, and AI assistance into one powerful SaaS platform. From invoices and tax reports to payments and analytics, Invoomed helps companies streamline daily financial operations through an intuitive and efficient web interface.

The challange

Our main challenge with Invoomed was to create a flexible yet secure accounting system that could handle the complex financial workflows used by companies across the Balkans. We needed to design a structure that supports multiple company accounts, tax rules, and document types without slowing down performance. Another major task was preventing misuse of the platform’s AI and automation tools—ensuring that invoice generation, tax calculations, and financial reports remain accurate and compliant. Balancing powerful automation with data integrity and security was at the core of every development decision.

Results

Since launch, Invoomed has helped small teams handle tasks that used to live in messy spreadsheets and manual PDFs. Finance teams can now generate invoices, run tax reports, and monitor cash flow from a single dashboard — with less time spent on repetitive work and more focus on real business decisions.
